the first steps
EmmeEffe Snc is founded with the idea of providing advanced IT consulting services to Italian small and medium-sized companies.

the first expansion
The company grows and the first two employees are hired, joining the founding partners.

mfbc srl is born
Continued growth calls for a new legal entity able to carry the EmmeEffe project forward in a new and more dynamic corporate form.

the new operational headquarters
MFBC acquires its current operational site in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milan), providing the space required by the continuing growth and complexity of its projects.

2019
becoming a joint-stock company
MFBC takes its present form as a joint-stock company, in order to convey to clients the stability and trust that a strategic partnership requires.

where we are
MFBC SpA today delivers its consulting services to 81 clients, looking after their IT infrastructure across 117 sites in 12 countries and supporting 1,056 users. Twenty-five years after those first steps, it remains a firm where the people who lead the company follow the clients directly.
